If you are not satisfied with a consultation service, you may request a refund within 14 days of the service date. Requests must be made in writing to the contact information provided below.
To be eligible for a return, the service must have been completed within the specified timeframe and the request must be made within the return period. We reserve the right to assess each return request on a case-by-case basis.

As we provide consultation services rather than physical products, there are no shipping costs associated with returns. However, any costs incurred in providing the service are non-refundable.

Once your return is approved, we will process the refund to the original method of payment within 10 business days.
Services that have been fully completed and delivered as agreed may not be eligible for return. Additionally, services that have been customized specifically for your needs may have limited return eligibility.
Any services provided more than 14 days prior to the return request are not eligible for return unless exceptional circumstances apply.
